Tasting Notes :
The Fleur de Lys has been a consistently reliable and affordable bubbly.
The fruit is sourced from areas such as Tumbarumba, Drumborg,
Tooma, Yarra Valley and Alpine Valley.
The base wine is composed predominantly of Chardonnay and
Pinot Noir with just a touch of Pinot Meunier and has spent 2 years on lees.
Fine, persistent bead with creamy mousse.
Pale straw colour base. Aroma of yeast lees and biscuit,
followed by a touch of citrus.
Creamy palate texture, with a touch of citrus over white peach.
Clean finish. Aftertaste of nougat and cashew.
