This is the Shiraz which starts it all for many St Hallett lovers.
Our Faith Shiraz is a vibrant and expressive example of Barossa Shiraz.
An accessible, juicy and fruit driven wine,
Faith's vibrant yet dense purple hue hints at the generosity of fruit within.
2021 vintage : With excellent winter rains, near average rainfall
and a full moisture profile in the soil,
the vines flourished throughout the season.
An excellent fruit set in the spring followed by
a warm dry summer preceded mild vintage conditions ensured
that the grapes achieved their optimal phenolic maturity.
This is an exceptional vintage, producing balanced wines
with great fruit intensity and concentration.
Tasting Notes:
Vibrant Black cherry with mulberry, spice and mocha.
Black fruits, mulberry and cherry interplay with toasted spices
which flow seamlessly across the soft, luscious palate.
The finish is highlighted by a fine tannin that coats the mouth.
