Tasting Notes :
This delectable easy drinking wine is pale salmon in colour,
with engaging flavours of delicate red berry fruits,
a hint of spice, and a touch of sweetness.
Enjoy this delicious Rosé with a platter of antipasto, Caesar salad or seafood salad.
WINEMAKING :
The Shiraz for this wine is harvested early morning to
retain the fresh fruit characters that embody this Rosé.
The grape is pressed almost immediately to gain just a hint of colour, and
then over the next 2-3 weeks, the juice is fermented in tank.
WINE ANALYSIS :
Alc/Vol: 13.0% pH: 3.40 TA: 5.1g/L.
CELLARING :
Terrific to drink now or over the next 12 months, serve chilled.
