TASTING NOTE :
APPEARANCE : Deep crimson red with purple highlights.
AROMA : Intense aromas of blueberries, blackberries and blood-plums are layered
with underlying dark chocolate, freshly ground coffee and roasted chicory,
with a slight perfumed lift and fragrant star anise spice.
PALATE : Richly textured, round and plush with a full, yet elegant palate of bright,
fleshy blood-plum and juicy berry flavours.
Subtle French oak supports a fine acid structure and long silky tannins,
resulting in a harmonious, mouthwatering palate with a long, seamless finish.
