Tasting Notes :
A towering Californian Cabernet with terrific balance
and depth of flavour. The vines are planted in
volcanic rock just 17 miles north of the winery in St Helena.
Aromas of blackberry, cassis, and smoke.
Long finish. Pair with a rare steak.
