Tasting Notes :
On the nose, aromas of green apple and tropical fruits, balanced by subtle oak, cinnamon.
On the palate, those flavours carry through with added warm, baking spice and vanilla.
Pair this with warm vegetables dishes, chicken, or a selection of cheese.
Method :
Made from 95% Chardonnay, and 5% Gewurztraminer, the grapes come from vineyards located
in the Central Coast. 50% of this wine was barrel fermented in French,
American and Eastern European oak, and the other 50% was aged in stainless steel tanks.
