Tasting notes

A wine which unexpectedly transforms into a champion of drinkable red wine with

marked savory flavor and a tasting profile produced by a ferrous touch,

rhubarb and very evident black pepper.

A rather inviting nose of cracked pepper, red cherry and dried thyme.

Medium-bodied with silky tannins.

Bright acidity and fresh fruit character wash over the palate with a juicy finish.

Charming and delicious.
