Tasting notes
We haven’t reviewed this Sicilian “crowd favourite” for a while, and
we wouldn’t want you to overlook the value for money that it presents.
The 2018 vintage is right in the groove. Attractively scented with the accent on cherries,
red fruit and musk, it delivers pure vinous enjoyment on a smooth, soft palate.
Pleasingly mid-weight, generously flavoured, and very “moreish”, with notes of dried herb,
licorice and earthiness adding to the all-round appeal,
you really can’t go wrong with this Sicilian beauty.
