APPELLATION : Marche.
VINEYARD : Garofoli.
GRAPES : Montepulciano.
AGEING : This wine is consumed young.
PREPARATION : Montepulciano grapes type macerated to freezing temperatures and
then pressed by the method of bleeding.
The juice goes through a process of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at very low temperatures and
the use of specialized natural yeasts.
Finally it is stabilized, filtered and bottled.
PAIRING : Aged cheeses, fresh cheeses, meats, pastas, risottos, paellas, poultry,
lamb, pork chops, sausages, dishes of Italian and Asian cuisine.
RIGHT SERVING TEMPERATURE : 8-10 °C
ALCOHOL : 13%
