Tasting notes
This is a medium- to full-bodied wine, a bit chunky and edgy at first,
but these characters should mellow with another few months in the bottle.
It's boldly flavored, with black cherry and
beet notes upfront, while subtle mocha and
vanilla shadings emerge on the finish.
