A fresh insight into a well-known variety that gains a whole new range of flavours
under the clement Gascony skies.
A familiar bouquet of fine, intense floral notes with mineral nuances and
followed by a dominant sensation of ripe grapes.
Good intensity leading into an abundance of finesse and freshness.
A truly delicious and pleasurable wine.
Serve chilled.
Ideal at the start of a meal. As an aperitif, with oysters, fish tartare or
well-seasoned carpaccio with herbs (chive, dill, tarragon),
smoked or baked salmon and crab claw salad.
