Tasting notes
A very refreshing, dry, fruity wine with magnificent intensity
and lovely open floral and citrus scents, with a delightfully exotic feel.
A bracing, crisp wine with great freshness in the mouth.
The finish pleasantly revives the palate with an almost salty touch.
Serve thoroughly chilled.
Ideal at any time of the day, as an aperitif, with oysters,
shellfish, sushi, charcuterie or fresh goat cheese.
