Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour with bright green highlights.
Frank nose with vanilla and butter notes, then citrus fruit,
lemon peel, orange blossom and a hint of menthol.
Good balance which opens on a dry and lively wine,
with a mineral touch of gunflint.
The finish is frank, nervous with a hint of iodine, young.
